Dr Dhes Mari
Family Practitioner, MBChB (Natal), D.A (SA)

Dr Mari qualified as a medical doctor in 1997 at the University of Natal, in Durban. He has worked and trained in a vast range of medical specialities at several academic health facilities across South Africa and Europe. He has successfully completed post graduate training in Anaesthesia as well as numerous courses covering a wide range of medical specialities.
He commenced practice as a Family Practitioner in 2003 and offers a wide spectrum of services with special areas of interest that include paediatrics, hypertension, diabetes and preventative health screening. Dr Mari is committed to continuing medical education and regularly attends seminars and updates to ensure that his practise remains at the forefront of evolving medical trends and innovation. His state-of-the-art practice is situated in the Beacon Rock Medical Centre, just off Lighthouse Road, Umhlanga.
Dr Ilze Veldman
Family Practitioner, MBChB (Stellen), DA (SA)

Dr. Veldman graduated from the University of Stellenbosch and went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Anaesthesiology.
She has a heartfelt interest in women’s health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and trauma care.
With a passion for family medicine, Dr. Veldman believes in a holistic approach, focusing not only on treating illness but also on supporting the overall well-being of her patients. She also has a deep commitment to the elderly and often reaches out to nearby old age homes to support their healthcare needs.

Dr Simri Hartslief is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria. With a commitment to delivering evidence-based practice and holistic care, she adopts a bio-psycho-social approach, equally addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of her patients. Her passion for providing exceptional patient care is evident in her warm and empathetic approach, making her a trusted partner in healthcare. She has specials interests in research, addiction medicine and women’s health.
